1 lb4 eye of round roast
1 packagesaugus gravy
1 packagesswiss cheese
1enough butter to wipe bread with and toast

season roast..put in a 350 oven for 1hr..covered with foil and a inch of water in bottom of pan

10 before done take foil off..and start gravy

butter French bread and toast for 2-3 mins

meat and cheese on bread..serve with mayo if you like

or just dip it..hint..hint the name..not to be a smartass
