1whole chicken
Salt
1 tbspsoy sauce
1 tbspblack pepper
3 serving spoonoil
1 tbspgaram masala
1 tsproyco

Cut the chicken into chunks

Wash and put to dry.

Mix all the spices pour into the chicken and mix well.

Heat the oven.

Pour them marimeted chicken in a pan and place in the oven

When oil is hot take the chicken and braize. Repeat this until the chicken is golden brown.

Serve.
