Ingredients

  1. 3eggs
  2. 7kani, divided (each) into 6
  3. 1 handfulcelery, chopped
  4. 1small onion, sliced thinly
  5. 1 tbspoil
  6. 1/2 tspsalt
  7. 1/4 tspsugar
  8. Crushed black pepper
  9. 1 tbspwater, more or less

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the oil in a pan. Stir-fry onion until translucent. Add kani, stir a bit, but make sure that the onion stays at the bottom. Add celery.

    Mix eggs with salt and sugar. Pour into the pan and make sure the eggs reach every corner. Sprinkle crushed black pepper on top.

    Lower the heat. Cover.

  4. 4

    Pour the water bit by bit on the edges of the pan, so it will steam the omelet. Cover again. It should be ready about ten minutes or so.
