Ingredients

2 cupWater
1/8 tspGround Fennel Seed
1/8 tspGround Cloves
1/4 tspGround Cinnamon
1/4 tspGround Cardamom
1/4 tspGround Anise Seed
4 tbspSugar
2 cupMilk
4Black Tea Bags

Steps

Add water, sugar and spices to pot and bring to boil. Stir occasionally.

Add milk and return to boil. Keep stirring occasionally.

Add tea bags and steep for 5 minutes.

Pour in mug and enjoy! Sprinkle the top with nutmeg, if desired.
