Steps

First marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, curd & salt

Grill/ barbique the chicken pieces

For gravy.. make tomaro puree

In oil add cloves javitri.. add the tomato puree.. salt..red chili powder ginger garlic paste & keep it fr boil

When its bcame thick add kasoori methi powder & lil butter

Let it set for few mins to thick the gravy.. when it bcame dark red in colour add grilled chicken & fresh cream., keep it in a low flame

When chicken bcame tender add butter & the thick ctemy butter chicken is ready to serve

Decorate it with fresh cream & butter serve hot with roti or rice
