Ingredients

25 minutes
1to 3 servings
  • 6 piecesidli
  • 3 tspveg Manchurian masala
  • 2 tspschezwan sauce
  • 1 tspginger and garlic paste
  • 1medium siz chopped onion
  • 2 tspfinely chopped cabbage
  • 1small size grated carrot
  • 1medium size chopped capsicum (slices)
  • 3 tspfinely chopped spring onions leaf
  • 1 tspsalt to taste
  • 1/2 tspsoya sauce
  • 1/2 tspgreen chilli sauce
  • 2 tspoil
  • 1/2 tspsugar to taste
  • 2 tsptomato kechup
  • 1 tspconflour

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Take idli and break into pieces. Add 1tsp Manchurian masala and 1tsp schezwan sauce mix well and make balls.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in Kadhi add 1tsp ginger and garlic paste cook few minutes. Add chopped onion, chopped cabbage, grated carret and capsicum slices mix very well.

  3. 3

    Add 1tsp finely chopped spring onions leaf, 1tsp salt to taste mix well,covered and cook for 5-8 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add 2tsp Manchurian masala, sugar. Mix 1tsp conflour with 2tsp water add the some mix well.

    Add previously prepared ball.cover the ball well with the gravy.sprinkle spring onions leaf coved and cook for half a minutes. Serve hot.
