add salt, shortening and sugar to boiling water until melted. COOL!

Add eggs and yeast to above

Knead until not too sticky. Put in large greased bowl to rise.

1. 24 hour method. Leave set in refrigerator over night. Make penny rolls by rolling a 2 tsp cut dough dipping in butter. and putting in loaf pan let rise at least 2 hours.

2. Right away. Make penny Rolls, dip each roll in butter touching each other put in loaf pans. Bake 10 minutes @ 400°F, 15 minutes for 350°F
