Ingredients

  1. 200 gmSevai
  2. 1 litreMilk
  3. 1 cupSugar
  4. 1/2 cupDry fruits chopped
  5. 1/2 tspGreen cardamom powder
  6. 1 tbspPure ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a pan, break and fry sevai till red.

  2. 2

    Boil milk till it reduces 1/3.

  3. 3

    Add roasted sevai, dry fruits and sugar. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Stir sevai on low flame till its become thick.

  5. 5

    Add cardamom powder and switch off flame.

  6. 6

    Serve it hot or cool.
