Steps

Take a bowl and add chickpea flour, semolina, asafoetida, turmeric powder, green chilly paste, salt, yogurt, oil, little water and mix thoroughly.

Add 3 tbs lime juice and mix thoroughly like the dosa batter.

Add baking soda, baking powder and mix thoroughly.

Immediately pour the mixture into a bread mould and place it in the steamer and steam for 10- 15 minutes.

Heat oil in the pan and add mustard seeds, chopped green chillies and curry leaves, sugar, little water, salt, boil it until the sugar dissolves and switch off the flame.

Add lime juice and pour this mixture on the steamed dhokla.

Transfer it into a plate and cut into pieces.

Now garnish with coriander leaves,coconut slice and serve it.
