In a thali.Place oats flour, wheat flour, and salt.

Add all the spices, oil and water to make a semi-soft dough.

Divide into 8 equal portions.Flatten each portion and roll them into small discs (puris) using rolling pin.It should be thicker compared to puri.Make suits with the help of a knife on each Besaris.

In a kadhai heat the oil for frying on a medium flame. When hot deep fry the Besaris till they are crisp and golden brown in colour. Drain the excess oil and allow them to cool.Store in an air tight container and serve when required.
