  • 4cucumbers
  • Halfa head of lettuce
  • 1 teaspoondried mint
  • Salt
  • 1/4 cupolive oil
  • 3 tablespoonsvinegar
  • 2lemons
  • Bread

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash all the vegetables, chop them, and add salt, dried mint, vinegar, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix them together.

  2. 2

    Boil the bread and garnish the fattoush with it.
