1 lbround steak
1/4 cupflour
1/2 tspsalt
1/4 tsppepper
2 tbspshortening
1/2 cupchopped onion
1 clovegarlic minced
1 canmushrooms, 6 oz
1 cupheavy sour cream
1 cuptomato soup, undiluted
1 tbspworcheshire sauce
1/4 tsptabasco sauce
1/2diced green pepper

cut meat into cubes, cover with flour and spices

brown meat

mix all other ingredients in crock pot, stir well

add meat, covet n cook on low for 5 to 6 hours

serve over egg noodles or potatoes
