Marinate the fish fillet with lemon juice & salt fr 1 hour

For 2nd marination make a paste of ginger garlic, green chilli Coriander, salt & marinate the fish fillet

Make a batter with egg cornflour & maida with chilli powder & black pepper

Dip Fish into the batter & then dip into the bread crumbs

Deep fry in oil
- 6
Your fish fry is ready to serve.. serve with Kasundi/ Bengali mustard sauce
