Cook sausages under the grill, when cooked allow to cool and chop into bite size segments

Cook bacon under the grill, when cooked allow to cool and cut into gaujons.

Slice and chop leek

Leaving the sausages and bacon to one side, Quite literally dump all the other ingredients into a large mixing bowl and using an electric whisk, whisk away until you have a creamy smooth mixture.

Put mixture into the fridge for half an hour.

Preheat oven to 200 C.

Using oil (or any dripping for added taste) cover the bottom of a large baking tin with oil (or dripping) and place into oven for ten minutes.

Take tin out of oven. put sausages and bacon into tin and spread evenly across the bottom. quickly add all the mixture, give it a good stir and place in oven for 30 minutes.

When risen and brown and crispy, remove from oven and serve with lots of gravy.
