2 cupwhole or nonfat milk
1 cupevaporated milk
2 cupmilk chocolate
3 tbspcoco powder
2 ozbutter
1 cupwhipping cream
2 tsppowdered sugar

combine whole & evaporated milk. then bring to a medium boil.

place milk chocolate, coco powder, & butter inside of a double boiler until completely melted. stir together.

add chocolate mixture to the milk solution. blend together.

using a mixer, combine whipping cream & powered sugar until whipped cream forms. chill in the fridge for 30 minutes, if desired.

place coco in a glass then add the whipped cream on top.

add marshmallows if desired.
