Ingredients

  1. the recipe is from livingfrugaltips.com
  2. 1whole chicken cooked deboned and chopped ir you can use boneless skinless chicken breast
  3. 1 cancream of mushroom soup
  4. 1 lbof Velveeta cheese chopped
  5. 1/3 cupmilk
  6. 3/4 boxspeghetti or any type of pasta you prefer
  7. 3/4 cupbutter
  8. 1jalapeno chopped
  9. 1red bell pepper chopped
  10. 1onion chopped
  11. 2 canif rotel (10 oz cans) or you can make the home made rotel in my recipe list)

Steps

  1. 1

    cook pasta according time directions on box

  2. 2

    melt butter and sauteed bell pepper, jalapeno, and onion

  3. 3

    add Velveeta, rotel, soup, and milk to the mixture

  4. 4

    mix thourly over medium heat

  5. 5

    add pasta and mix together

  6. 6

    add chopped chicken and mix. the cheese does not have to be completely melted because it will melt more in oven.

  7. 7

    pour the mixture in a casserole baking dish

  8. 8

    bake at 350°F fareinhiet for 30 minutes
