present oven to 300°F

Melt 2 tablespoons Butter in large skillet
- 3
Brown ribs on all sides
- 4
clean and chop carrots and potatoes. Place in bottom of broiling pan with remainder of butter, add salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary to taste.

place grate over this and place ribs on top. pour the dripping from skillet over ribs.

cover tightly with foil. Place in 300°F oven for two hours.

remove from oven. carefully remove foil.

place ribs on plate. strain veggies out of drippings butter.

place drippings in skillet
- 10
add flour to drippings. slowly add milk stirring constantly over low heat.

pour gravy over veggies and ribs.

serve. enjoy.
