Steps

Soak wheat overnight and grind it coarse in morning without any water.

Boil milk at one side. At one side grind cashew, almond, pistachio and sugar to refine texture.

Heat sauce pan add ghee in it. Add broken wheat in it and saute it for 1 or 2 mins.

Later add refine powder of sugar and dry fruits in it and mix it. Careful that it wont get stick to the bottom

Once sugar melts add cardamom powder and boiled milk and let it boil for 5 more mins. Add nutmeg powder and salt and ket it bowl for another 5 mins. Stir it in between.

Serve it hot.
