Mix semolina,salt, curd and water to make sure there are no lumps in it. Now pour this mixture in a non-stick pan and cook on high flame till it gets boiled continuously stirring. then cook it on low flame for about 8-10 minutes till the mixture becomes thick.

Spread the mixture on a greased plate evenly so than thin layer is formed. let it cool. cut horizontally and roll by holding on one end.

Now heat oil in a tadka pan, add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, asafoetida and pour the tadka on khandvi evenly. Garnish with green coriander leaves. You can fill these rolls with grated paneer if you wish.
