Mix sprouts, mashed potatoes, green chilli, onion, salt and all the spices well and make small cutlets in heart or oval shape.

Mix maida in 1/2 cup water and make a paste. Now dip the cutlet in the maida paste carefully, roll it in semolina or bread crumb powder and shallow fry till golden brown on both the sides in a non-stick pan. Serve hot with sauce or ketchup.
