Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmoth sprout (boiled for 5 minutes)
  2. 3big potatoes boiled and mashed
  3. 1small green chilli chopped
  4. 1medium onion chopped
  5. 1/4 tea spoonred chilli powder
  6. 1/4 tea spoonturmeric powder
  7. 1/4 tea spoongaram masala
  8. pinchdry mango powder
  9. to tastesalt
  10. 2 tea spoonmaida
  11. 1 tbspsemolina or bread crumb powder
  12. as neededrefined oil for shallow fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix sprouts, mashed potatoes, green chilli, onion, salt and all the spices well and make small cutlets in heart or oval shape.

  2. 2

    Mix maida in 1/2 cup water and make a paste. Now dip the cutlet in the maida paste carefully, roll it in semolina or bread crumb powder and shallow fry till golden brown on both the sides in a non-stick pan. Serve hot with sauce or ketchup.
