when it's hot drop in garlic. let it infuse.

cut potatoes lengthwise. make sure it's not to thick.

when potatoes are half way cooked sprinkle some salt.cover for 5 Minutes

add green beans and mushrooms.then stir to incorporate oils .

add butter and pepper. mix to melt and blend all ingredients. then cover pot.

I like when the potatoes are golden then I know it's all cooked. try not to add the mushrooms in the beginning because they might get mushy and over cooked.
