tastes just like a hot ham n cheese sandwich only with noodles.. great with garlic added to it too!
Cooking Instructions
- 1
cook noodles according to pkg directions.. drain and place into large bowl
- 2
in a medium pan melt butter.
- 3
add ham cubes
- 4
unwrap ur cheese slices and toss them into the pan with the butter and the ham.
- 5
use low to medium heat and continue to stir until all the cheese has melted. make sure u stir constantly so cheese don't stick to bottom and burn.

as soon as all the cheese is melted pour the ham cheese mix on top of the noodles.

mix until noodles are well coated and then salt and pepper to taste..

serve it up! cuz its done! makes a great lunch or a side dish!

this is kinda an old recipe my parents used to make us cuz we always had alot of government cheese we needed something to do with it. its basically like mac n cheese only way better. because of its high content of butter and cheese it is very fattening. just dont eat it every day. we eat it as a meal but makes a good side dish. pots r hard to clean after because of the cheese. but everyone whos ever had it.. loved it..
