Ingredients

5min
  • 2 tbsp besan
  • as neededChopped veges like capsicum, carrot onion tomatoes green chilli
  • to tastesalt & pepper
  • 1 pinch ajwain
  • 1 tspoil for shallow frying
  • as neededWater for batter

    In a bowl mix all chopped veges besan and spices....now add little water and start making batter..

  2. 2

    You have to check there is no lump formation...

  3. 3

    On a heated tawa spread it like a dosa

  4. 4

    Shallow fry it from both sides and serve hot with chutney or tomatoes sauce
