  • 2egg
  • 2wholemeal bun
  • GARNISH
  • 2 tbsphollandaise sauce
  • 1 tsporange zest
  • 1whole Italian plum tomato

  1. 1

    mix orangy zest with hollandaise sauce set aside

  2. 2

    Put the eggs and water with a drop of oil into a pot then bring it to a low boil it for 5 minute 30 second to 6 minute or longer depending on the size of the eggs and the pot then drain and cool eggs with runny water

  3. 3

    Let the egg rest for few minutes then gently knock the shell and peel it

  4. 4

    put lettuce on bun then Italian plum tomato then egg top hollandaise sauce

I'm gluten free so rather than a bun I think ill use a marinated grilled portobello mushroom. I love eggs Benedict so this is very appealing
