  • 8fresh tomatoes(blended)
  • 10fresh pepper(blended)
  • 1big onion(chopped)
  • 1/2nut meg(grinded)
  • 2 cubeknorr
  • 1/4 cupvegetable oil
  • 2smoked fish medium

    Place clean pot on heat then add vegetable oil,add onion,pepper,tomatoes stir untill the tomatoes has oil at the top.

  2. 2

    Just add little water,maggi,salt,wash fish and add allow to boil for 8 min

  3. 3

    Fish stew is ready so delicious.I ate mine with white rice.
