Ingredients

  • 1 glassboiled lentils
  • 1onion
  • 1red capsicum
  • 1avocado
  • To tastesalt
  • Blackpepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat your sufuria fry your onion, once browned add cubed capsicums then add the lentils and stir well. Season with black pepper and salt.

    Serve with avocado and a starch of your choice.
