No bake pumpkin cake

Grind the biscuits and make it powder

Take a room temprature butter

Mix the 2-3 tbsp butter in biscuits powder and spred in cake tin and freeze for 15-20 min for setting

Take a kadhai and dry for sooji for 6-7 min don't roast

Make a paste of pumpkin and put it in kadhai and mix

Now add sugar in it and mix properly

Now add semolina, yellow colour and desi ghee and required water 2-3 tbsp mix properly

When this paste comes at room temprature then spread this paste on the biscuits layer and put in it fridge to set

Now melt dark chocolate with butter by double boiler technique when the other mixture sets then spread this melted chocolate on it and keep in it and fridge for 20-25 min

Garnish it cherry,,tooty frooty,chopped almonds and silver balls

Serve it pumpkin cake

Tip - We did not use cake tin so spread the almunium foil on the cake
