Bring pot of water to a boil then add salt and some baking Soda and eggs then off heat cover with lid and let it full 5 to 6 minutes,

Remove eggs and cool it with runny water to stop further cooking and once it’s cool peel

Serve option : soft boil egg with a dash light soy sauce and fried shallot

Serve option soft boil egg with dash of light soy sauce and pepper on garlic toasted bun
