Ingredients

  • 100 GramsTuna Mas Flakes
  • of 1 bunchdrumstick leaves
  • 1onion
  • 2chillies green Fresh
  • 1/4 Teaspoonturmeric
  • 1/2 Teaspoonchilli powder
  • 1 Tablespooncoriander powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoonfennel seed powder
  • to tastesalt
  • 2 Tablespoonscoconut , grated
  • 2 - 3shallots
  • 1 Tablespoonoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute onions, green chillies for 2 minutes.

  2. 2

    Add all the masala powders. Roast for one minute.

  3. 3

    Add tuna flakes. Fry for another minute.

  4. 4

    Add 1/2 cup hot water and leave it on simmer for 10 minutes.

  5. 5

    In a grinder, make a smooth paste of the coconut and shallots.

  6. 6

    Add the drum stick leaves and the coconut paste to the mixture. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

  7. 7

    Add salt to taste.

  8. 8

    Serve hot with chappathis.
