Ingredients

72 servings
  • 1 boxLemon cake mix
  • 1 boxLemon pudding
  • 1Egg
  • 1 1/2 cupCool Whip
  • 2 cupConfectioners sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. 2

    Beat cake mix, pudding, egg, and whipped topping with mixer on medium speed, until well blended. Batter will be sticky.

  3. 3

    Drop batter by spoonfuls into confectioners sugar and roll to coat.

  4. 4

    Place cookies onto greased baking sheet,(coat with vegetable oil then coat with flour).

  5. 5

    Bake for 8-10 minutes.
