    Sabse pahle palak ko saaf karke thode water ke saath bhagona me boil Kar lege.

  2. 2

    Thanda hone par mixer jar me palak jeera dhaniya hara dal ke pest bana lege.

  3. 3

    Ab wheat flour lege thoda salt 1 tbs oil dal ke milayege fir jo pest banaye hai usi se parathA ka dough bana lege.

  4. 4

    Ab parathA ready Kar lege yummy n healthy.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with ketchup or chatni
