  1. 5egg yolks
  2. 2white yolks
  3. 1salt
  4. 1 tbspemulsifier
  5. 75 gramssugar
  6. 100 gramsflour
  7. 20 gramscornstarch
  8. 50 gramsbutter (melted)
  9. 30 gramscoconut milk or milk
  10. 1 pinchbasil
  11. 20 gramsorange juice

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat the oven in 190C

  2. 2

    mix the eggs, sugar and emulsifier until fluffy

  3. 3

    put in cornstarch, basil and flour, mix well

  4. 4

    put in melted butter, coconut milk, orange juice.

  5. 5

    bake in 25-30 minutes
