Make cake according to directions on the box

Let cake cool for about ten minutes, then with the end of a wooden spoon poke holes almost 3/4 of the way down.

While cake is still warm you want to melt the hot fudge topping and sweet & condenced milk together in the microwave then pour over entire cake.

Let the cake refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours the longer the better.

Spread cool whip on top after its been at least 2 hours and add you broken pieces of skor bar to the top.
