Ingredients

0 servings
  1. 1 canpumpkin
  2. 1 tspcinnamon
  3. 1 cupsugar
  4. 1 canevaporated milk (5 oz)
  5. 3large eggs
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 1 boxyellow cake mix
  8. 1 1/2 stickbutter
  9. 1Cool Whip (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. 2

    Combine first six ingredients in a bowl.

  3. 3

    Pour mixture into a 9x13 pan.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle yellow cake mix over the top of mixture.

  5. 5

    Melt butter and pour over the top of the cake mix.

  6. 6

    Bake for 50-55 minutes.

  7. 7

    Top with Cool Whip if desired.
