I cook this at the end of the week when I'm low on groceries. It always satisfies and is full of yummy nutrients. My picky husband always enjoys this as well. It's also very easy to add additional ingredients and make your own. So simple and delicious. :positive

Cooking Instructions

cook rice according to box directions in sauce pan or rice cooker
- 2
heat up canola or olive oil in fry pan
- 3
chop up onion and Bell pepper and add to pan
- 4
while pepper and onion cooks, mince jalapeno and galic and add to pan
- 5
then chop up asparagus and add to vegetables
- 6
finally add soy sauce, honey, sea salt, and pepper, let cook until bell pepper is soft and onion is caramelized.

scoop rice into a bowl and top with vegetables
