Ingredients

  1. 1 mediumhead lettuce, torn into bite-size pcs.
  2. 8pcs. cherry tomatoes, cut in 2
  3. 1/2 mediumonion, cut round thinly
  4. 2carrots, cut thinly round
  5. 1 smallhead radicchio torn into bite-size pcs.
  6. 2 smallcucumbers, peeled and diced
  7. 3tbsps. olive oil
  8. 2tbsps. lemon juice
  9. 2tbsps. aceto balsamico or balsamic venigar
  10. 1 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the lettuce, radicchio, carrots, tomatoes and cucumber in a large bowl. Add the balsamic venigar, and lemon juice. Mix well all ingredients. Drizzle with oil and toss to coat. Serves 4.
