Ingredients

  • 6medium potatoes
  • Pinchsalt
  • Pinchground pepper
  • 1 tspparsley
  • 1 tspgarlic flakes
  • Drizzle Olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Rinse your potatoes then boil them for +- 20 minutes.

  2. 2

    While the potatoes are cooking then prepare the mixture of olive oil, garlic flakes and parsley together

  3. 3

    When the potatoes are cooked and soft, drain water from the pot and remove the pot.

  4. 4

    The on a clean pot the pour the mixture on a low heat the stir and pour the potatoes and let them fry for a minutes and stir and toss the potatoes.

  5. 5

    Remove them and place them on a bowl and start to season with pepper and salt

  6. 6

    They are ready to be served, I'm enjoying them with beef steak medium rare. 😜😜😜
