Special Potatoes Special Potatoes
My nephew dubbed these potatoes ‘special potatoes’ 30 years ago. Every time he came to my house, this is what he wanted with supper. I’m still making them. It came out of stewed potatoes. When I want something similar to the center of a baked potato, but don’t want to wait that long to bake it, I make these. Use a thin skinned potato that you don’t have to peel or peel your potatoes. It’s up to you! SherryRandall: The Leftover Chronicles -

Soft & Rich Sweet Potatoes Soft & Rich Sweet Potatoes
I've got big and tasty sweet potatoes. I tried to make large sweet potato cakes with them. This is a soft batter, so you can make also make a tart filling with this batter!Since the potatoes may clump at the piping tip, making it difficult to pipe out the mixture, you should mix the sweet potato mixture until very smooth, leaving no lumps. If you fill your piping bag too much, you won't be able to squeeze the mixture out well and it will be difficult to pipe. Pipe the batter in batches. Recipe by Atorie sara cookpad.japan -

Rosemary Potatoes Rosemary Potatoes
I'm trying various recipes using rosemary I've been growing. This was the best one so far.Rosemary burns easily, so cook the potatoes until crispy before adding the rosemary. The results will be nice and crispy with dense and floury insides. Recipe by Kumipaddo cookpad.japan -
