Sabse pehle ham boiled arbi ko peel kar lenege.and long shape main cut kar lenge.

Now ek wok lenge usme oil dal kar gas per medium flame per rekh denge.jab oil hot ho jayega tab ham arbi ko colour change hone tak fry kar lenge.

Now ek another wok lenge and usme 4 tablespoon oil dal kar medium flame par rekh denge.jab oil hot ho jayega tab ham usme carrom seed and hing daal denge and saute kar lenge.now isme fried arbi and all spice add kar denge.and mix nicely.and 5 minute tak chlate huye bhun lenge.

Now crispy arbi is ready, garnish with green Coriander leaves.and serve with poori and pranthe.enjoy eating.
