  4. 1 slicePepper Jack Cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Turn the stove top to a med-low flame perheating your pan.

  2. 2

    Add some butter to pan (enough to coat the bottom) spred evenly.

  3. 3

    Butter bread

  4. 4

    Place 1st slice of bread butter side on pan then your 2 slices of cheese follow by the other slice of breed butter side up.
