1 tspcayenne pepper
1 pinchginger powder
5 tbspall porpose flour
1salt n pepper
1cooking oil

clean squid,remove skin and intestine. wash thoroughly

cut squids into circles about 1 inch thick

combine all spice in a bowl

then add squid,meanwhile heat some oil in the pan

fry until golden crispy.
