Ingredients

  1. 1 packagesfish sillets
  2. 4 tbspsoya sauce
  3. 2 tspworcestershire sauce
  4. 1/4 tspblack pepper
  5. 1/2 tspdry mustard
  6. 1 clovegarlic minced

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 425°F

  2. 2

    Place defrosted fillets in shallow baking dish.

  3. 3

    Mix together all of the ingredients and pour over fillets.

  4. 4

    Bake uncovered for about 6 minutes per 1/2" thickness and baste with sauce.
