  2. 2 each16 ounce rib eye steak
  3. 1sprig fresh rosemary
  4. 4sprigs fresh thyme
  5. 1EVOO
  6. 1KOSHER SALT, FRESH PEPPER TO TASTE

    PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°F

  2. 2

    USING A CAST IRON SKILLET, SET ON STOVE AT MEDIUM HEAT, ADD 2 TURNS EVOO. ADD HERBS TO INFUSE THE OIL WITH FLAVOR.

    REMOVE HERBS, SEASON THE STEAKS WITH SALT AND PEPPER

  4. 4

    ADD STEAKS TO SKILLET AND BROWN ABOUT 4 MINUTES. TURN STEAK OVER AND PUT THE WHOLE SKILLET IN THE OVEN FOR 12 MINUTES FOR MEDIUM-RARE.
