Keep the milk for boiling till then grate the bottle gourd.

When milk boil add bottle gourd into it.

Boil it on low flame and cook until the milk reduced.

Now add Mawa, sugar, gulkand, chopped dry fruits and stir the mixture on slow flame.

Now grease the plate with ghee.

When done pour the mixture on a plate and set it with a spatula.

Garnish it with silver varak, almonds and sweet saunf.
