Steps

Heat sufficient water in a deep pan. Add half teaspoon oil and a little salt and boil the macaroni. Drain and Spread it out onto a plate.

Heat the remaining oil in a non-stick pan and add the onions and sauté till translucent. Add the cabbage, cauliflower, peas sauté for a couple of minutes. Add the capsicums and sauté for three to four minutes.

Add salt,black.pepper, red chillies & green chillies.... Saute them well.

Add soya sauce & vinegar to.it

Add tomato sauce to veggies. Let them cook in sauces. now add boiled macaroni to it.

Add cream & toss well. Serve hot & enjoy!
