Ingredients

20 mins
1 serving
  • 1 largeAubergine
  • 1 tspSalt (or as required)
  • 1/2 tspchilly powder
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1Oil to fry

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Slice the aubergines into circular pieces (forgot my geometry)

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients except oil n let them marinate for 10 min

  3. 3

    please add the spices as per taste depending on size of aubergine

  4. 4

    heat the oil in a pan

  5. 5

    Add the aubergine's to the hot oil n fry them till they are done

  6. 6

    prep time is 20 min
