Ingredients

4large potatoes sliced to large pieces
1 tspturmeric powder
1 tspgaram masala
2royco cubes
1large onion diced
3 Tbcooking oil
500 mlWater for stew
1/2ts salt

Steps

Put the meat in a pan and heat over medium flame

Sprinkle some salt and cover

Boil meat till tender.Add oil to fry the meat
4

Add diced onions and stir gently
5

Add spices and stir. Fry for ten minutes
6

Add tomatoes and simmer, when tender add some water to make soup
7

Cover the pan till the potatoes are cooked
8

When ready serve with rice
