Ingredients

  • 1 cupwhole wheat flour
  • 1/2besan
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspgrated adrak (ginger)
  • 1 tspchopped chillies
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tsphaldi
  • 1/2 tspcrushed black pepper
  • 1 tspcrushed coriander
  • 2 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tspcrushed anardana
  • 1/2 tspjeera (cumin)
  • 1/2 tspgaram msala
  • 2 tbspmalai

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients and make dough and rest for 15 min

  2. 2

    Heat tandoor or cooker

  3. 3

    Take a ball size dough and roll it in small circle and grease with ghee and again roll it with roll pin and put it into tandoor and cook for 2 minutes

  4. 4

    Enjoy hot with curd and any sabji
