For pocket....make a tight dough by mixing all the ingredients.

For stuffing....Heat oil in a pan,add onion and fry for a minute

For pocket....Make small rotis from the maida dough.

Cut it in a square shape

Add some stuffing and fold it like a pocket

Deep fry in hot oil
