    Sabse pahle sooji,dahi,namak ko ½ cup pani ke sath milakar batter 30 min ke liye rakh de.

    Ab batter ko then bhag mein karein aur ek bhag mein mango juice dusre mein anaar juice milaye tisra batter plain rahega aur theno mein eno ka theen bhag karke milaye

  3. 3

    Ab is ghol ko sanche mein daal kar steem kar lijiye. Toothpick se check karlijiye ki chipke nahi matlab aapki idli ready hai
